All products sold are not refundable, exchangeable and returnable.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must return to us the items as follows:

• Fresh Item: Not exchangeable and returnable
• Frozen Item: To return within 2 (two) working days from the date of purchase.
• We reserve the right to limit returns and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please be informed, we may refund your money if we are unable to fulfill your orders before delivery. The amount of the items canceled will be refunded to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 business days to process the refund.
