Sendo Ichi Seafood (M) Sdn Bhd was established to support the under-served market of fresh and frozen seafood products in the HoReCa & Retail Industries. Our expertise and strength focus mainly on Salmon, Air Flown Fresh Fishes from Japan and other frozen seafood. We also retails and supplies seafood such as Tuna, Cod, Uni, premium seasonal Japan fishes, and many more.

What does Sendo Ichi mean?

Sendo Ichi – In Japanese, “Sendo” is Freshness & “Ichi” is First. Together, it means Freshness First.

The name embodies the philosophy of our organisation and that is what we are constantly striving to achieve:

We have networks of trusted suppliers across the globe to bring in hundreds of products available, spanning fresh & frozen fishes, shellfish, and fruits & vegetables.

Processing

Strict compliance to all food safety handling standards: ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, MESTI

Packaging

Processed products are often packed in moisture-proof packaging or vacuum-packed to prevent oxidation and to keep the freshness longer.

Delivery

Multiple air flown deliveries via worldwide network to ensure freshness. We only use cold truck to deliver to our customers for quality preservation.

Andy Tan

Managing Director

Founder of TKB Foods Sdn Bhd, Ocean Glory Sdn Bhd, and Sendo Ichi Malaysia Sdn Bhd. He had over 30 years of hands-on experience in trading and F&B industry with comprehensive knowledge in operations efficiency and profit maximization. His expertise in business development and extensive network make his passion in international food sourcing and trading one of his most successful pursuits.

Aldred Yaw

General Manager

Awarded as Malaysia’s 100 most influential young entrepreneur. His visionary insight and extensive marketing experience allow him to venture into multiple industries: premium consumer goods, IT and F&B. Aldred is a graduate of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and Master’s graduate in Information Technology of University of Leicester.
